Advances of R1,000 are issued as Cash, Grocery Vouchers, Airtime or other means to cover living essentials to bridge the gap between paydays. It is not a loan - which means, no credit checks and zero interest. Employees only pay a transaction fee per advance. Repayment is deducted from their salary at month-end.
